On Saturday we went down to Pocatello to be with a couple of friends and do some stuff outdoors. We went a few miles south of Pocatello to the Caribou National Forest. We hiked a ways up the West Mink Creek trail and had some fun watching some small fish in the stream, then we did some skeet shooting in Lead Draw, and we then found a place where we had a small campfire and roasted some hot dogs.
Shooting in Lead Draw... At first, it only went well for Landon, and later I was able to hit some. Pam and Elizabeth asked if we could put some on some trees and bushes, so we did. After they knocked about 10 pigeons out of the trees and bushes, we went back to throwing the clay pigeons, and Pam and Elizabeth were both able to get some good hits on flying pigeons.
Unfortunately, we don't have any pictures of clay pigeons being hit (or we do and the pieces are too small to see in the picture).
